   By accessing or using vplaceu.com, our jobs board, or any employer, vendor, or candidate portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

   Our Services

   VPlaceU HR Consultancies provides recruitment and staffing services connecting employers with candidates across the UAE, India, Africa, and international markets, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, document verification support, and sourcing-partner (vendor) coordination.

   Account Registration & Eligibility

   Employers, vendors, and candidates registering for a portal account must provide accurate, current information and are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. You must be legally eligible to work or hire in your relevant jurisdiction to use our placement services.

   Candidate Submissions & Placement Fees

   Employers requesting candidate submissions agree to any applicable service fees communicated at the time of engagement. Placement, application, and processing fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

   Employer Responsibilities

   Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings, lawful and non-discriminatory hiring practices, and honoring offer letters issued to candidates sourced through our platform. Job postings are reviewed and approved by our staff before appearing publicly.

   Vendor / Sourcing Partner Terms

   Registered sourcing partners agree to submit only verified, consenting candidates, to maintain transparent communication on submission status, and to accept commission and settlement terms agreed with VPlaceU in writing.

   Candidate Conduct

   Candidates agree to provide truthful CVs, employment history, and documents; to attend scheduled interviews; and to communicate promptly regarding offer acceptance or decline. Submitting false documents may result in account suspension and disqualification from future placements.

   Prohibited Conduct

   You may not use our platform to post fraudulent listings, misrepresent identity or qualifications, scrape or resell candidate/employer data, or interfere with the security or normal operation of our services.

   Intellectual Property

   All content on our platform — including the VPlaceU name, logo, mascot, design, and site content — is owned by VPlaceU HR Consultancies or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

    Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

    We facilitate introductions between employers and candidates but do not guarantee employment outcomes, visa approval, or continued employment. To the extent permitted by law, VPlaceU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

    Termination

    We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity, with or without notice.

12. 12

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. 13

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
