How to Prepare for a Successful Interview

Interview success is mostly decided before the interview starts. Here is the preparation rhythm we coach our candidates through.
One week out: re-read the job description and match each requirement to a concrete example from your experience. Refresh your knowledge of the company and confirm the interview format.
One day out: prepare your documents — CV copies, certificates, ID — and plan your route or test your video setup. Sleep properly; fatigue reads as disinterest.
One hour out: review your examples, silence notifications, and arrive (or log in) ten minutes early. First impressions form fast, and punctuality is the easiest one to control.
